HUMAN FACTORS FOR INDUSTRY
BESPOKE TRAINING PACKAGES
We are proud to have been invited to deliver communication and error awareness training to a major FTSE 100 company in the UK. Over several years we have developed a half day course that de mystifies the prevalence of human error in the workplace and sets the conditions for a new error tolerant culture to exist. The feedback from this course is overwhelming, and clients agree that course delegates experience reduced anxiety, communicate better and improve system efficiency and resilience by understanding how the Aviation sector manages these facets of being human.
"In 30 years of manufacturing I have never experienced a course like this. Being aware of how human limitations can impact performance and detract from both the balance sheet and safety will no doubt alter the way I approach my work. inspirational and genuinely exciting, this course has opened my eyes." Sales executive from a UK manufacturing company.
Yorvik are delighted to be delivering this course to a wider audience including administrative, retail and manufacturing sectors.
