OUR COMPANY
YORVIK AVIATION was formed in 2011 to provide highly experienced aviation specialists to the military synthetic training world. Since then the company has adapted, grown and expanded and now serves as a principal Human Factors training provider and rotary specialist consultancy to many UK and European civil helicopter companies. As well as delivering UK CAA and EASA compliant Crew Resource Management services we specialise in using transportable and effective synthetic training solutions to create evidence based realistic scenarios that develop aircrew resilience in decision making, attitudes and behaviour.
Yorvik Aviation has clients across Europe and has delivered Human Factors training to numerous organisations beyond aviation that recognise the benefit of improving communication across their workforce, understanding human error, error management and human machine interfacing to promote positive behaviours and culture. To date we have worked in medical, retail, construction, legal and military domains and remain committed to understanding the challenges that humans have in their respective fields particularly as technology assumes an ever larger part of modern workspaces.
